Ryder Cup Had Snipers In The Stands Among Fans For President Donald Trump’s Attendance On Friday [PHOTO]
Security at the 2025 Ryder Cup was stepped up to never-before-seen levels on Friday as President Donald Trump made a historic appearance at Bethpage Black.
Trump, who claimed to have saved the Cup this week after preventing a strike that would have affected the tournament, became the first sitting United States President to attend the competition.
As such, federal and state agencies conducted a large-scale security operation, which included having snipers posted across the iconic venue.
One of them was photographed among fans and can be seen in the post right below:

While the police presence was hard to miss, there were also plenty of plainclothed cops mingling among the spectators undetected

Nothing Was Spared In The Authorities’ Efforts To Protect Donald Trump
The Secret Service, FBI, CIA, and NSA all collaborated on the operation following the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk on September 10.
Fans were required to go through TSA-like screening at checkpoints, with items such as large umbrellas, folding chairs, and vaping devices prohibited.
Snipers were reportedly deployed on rooftops, scaffolding, and elevated areas around the course to monitor crowd movement and potential threats.
Helicopters also hovered above the grounds to beef up the surveillance.
The Ryder Cup’s official safety technology partner, Motorola Solutions, used AI-powered facial recognition and license plate scanning to help detect threats.
Trump took plenty of heat following the White House’s claims of him saving the Cup to start the week, but that hardly deterred him from attending.
